The development of Hobbs Bay Estate is progressing smoothly…

Hopper Construction resumed operations on January 8th, focusing on essential site preparations including tree removal and establishing sediment control measures. These steps are paving the way for the initial phase of earthworks, scheduled to begin later in the month.

On Tuesday, January 16th, we hosted our inaugural meeting onsite, bringing together representatives from various key organizations. This included officials from the Auckland Council, Heritage New Zealand, and experts in archaeology and cultural heritage.

Additionally, the project was honored with a site blessing and walkthrough conducted by the local iwi Hapu group, Ngati Manuhiri from Warkworth.
