Project Update - June 2024

Hobbs Bay Estate is currently nearing the completion of earthworks within the next 2 weeks for the project, as most of the site has now been stabilised and readied for the next stage of construction, all the bare sections are covered in green grass which has given the development a real outdoor and nature feel. We will be progressing directly into civil works commencing with stormwater and wastewater infrastructure installation following the completion of the earthworks.
