From our Project Manager, Gray Hopper: "We are pleased to report, earthworks at Hobbs Bay are progressing well with 90% of earthworks
complete over stage 1-2 (phase 1 earthworks) and 50% earthworks completed on future stages 3-4 (phase 2 earthworks). Topsoiling to stage 1-2
lots is 90% completed, with in mind the earthworks season ending late May. Civil works for stage 1 are to commence from mid-June and are
expected to take through to the end of the year to complete."
